Picture this: you’re standing on a rickety old bridge, suspended high above a rushing river. The wind is whipping through your hair, and your heart is pounding in your chest. You know, logically, that this bridge may not be the safest option, that there are other, more secure ways to cross the river. But still, you can’t help but feel a sense of attachment to this bridge.
